The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) gives individual rights to EU citizens as regards the personal data listed below to help you. The personal data of residents of the European Economic Area ("EEA") must be subject to a GDPR legal framework. Keeping personal data
We will keep your personal data for the duration of your business relationship with us and we will hold the information only for as long as is necessary for each purpose we use, unless we have obtained the consent to use for another purpose or similar purpose. Rights under GDPR
With regard to the processing of personal data (information concerning any person or from whom any person is identifiable directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier, such as a name, an identification number, location data) Policy ("the data subjects") have the right to confirm the processing of personal data relating to them, information on processed personal data, additional information on the nature of the data processing and copies of personal data (see Article 15 GDPR);
When rectifying to modify or update personal information by correcting or completing the data to provide accurate and up-to-date personal data (see Article 16 of GDPR);
to delete personal data ("the right to be forgotten") without undue delay or, alternatively, if further processing is required, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 17 Par. 3 GDPR, for example, in the case of (i) the legal obligation that requires the Union or the Member State to which Oxia Streaming is subject and / or (ii) the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims (see Article 17 GDPR) ;
to restrict the processing of personal data from any further processing of personal information in any of the following events:
Data portability, which allows the data subjects to obtain and / or reuse their personal data for their own purposes in various services. Allows you to move, copy or transfer your personal data easily from one IT environment to another in a safe and secure manner, without impeding usability (see Article 20 GDPR);
be aware of any automated decision making that has been done without human involvement and / or profiling of your personal information by us (see Article 22 GDPR);
to withdraw your consent at any time as we process your personal data on your consent (see Article 7 (3) of GDPR); such withdrawal does not affect the legality of any processing performed prior to the date of receipt of such withdrawal and does not prevent the processing of your personal data based on other legal bases available). Right to objection
According to art. 21 GDPR data subjects have the right to oppose the processing of their personal information on the basis of legitimate interests or the performance of a task of public interest or the exercise of public authority, including profiling, direct marketing, including profiling; and processing for purposes of scientific or historical research and statistics. The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
If you believe that we will not process your personal information in accordance with the requirements set forth herein or with the applicable EEA data protection laws, you may at any time submit a complaint to the Data Protection Authority in particular in the Member State of habitual residence, the place of work or the place of the alleged infringement, if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data relating to that person violates this Regulation (see Article 77 of the GDPR). "Data Protection Authority" means an independent public authority that is legally obliged to supervise compliance with applicable data protection laws. We may request proof of your identity before you can enforce these rights.
